This small but informative center is one of the lesser known Ventura museums. The main house for the Rancho San Miguel was one of the few two-story haciendas in Southern California and one of the most impressive homes in the Santa Clara River Valley. The Olivas Adobe has stood the test of time and is now a museum where you can get a glimpse of the Ranchero life.  As a special treat, the museum puts on a special candlelight tour every Christmas.

Perched atop a picturesque bluff overlooking Simi Valley, the museum includes a replica of the Oval Office; a Berlin Wall exhibit and a chance to climb aboard the impressive Air Force One which served seven U.S. presidents.
