Located on the Santa Barbara/Ventura County line, Rincon Point is one of the top rated surfing spots in the world.

In fact, just about any legendary surfer has made their way here at some point or another.


As you head down the shady trail towards the beach, you'll realize you're on surfer's turf as you pass the "surfer's code" sign. There's not a lot of room at this beach for large groups or long strolls along a sandy beach. Still, the surf’s good and you can enjoy surfers show off their champion winning skills.

Getting There: Take 101 fwy to the Bates Road exit, the parking lot is right off the freeway. From there, take the path down to the beach.
