600 people washed out to sea NEW
by: CR

I have looked for information on this, and only find the most important that it was huge, 600 people got washed out to sea into the ocean from Santa Paula, Fillmore, and more. Look up to see who it was, very unfortunate for those people. But my main focus on this was Montalvo in Ventura. I bought a house here, and I find foundation under 2 feet of dirt all over my property, that and gravel driveway, yet there is no information on the flood reaching that far up, but I can only assume this is why.. ALSO.. the homes in Montalvo built in late 1800's were removed, yet no one has said why... All newer homes rebuilt in 1940's... The Flood... but no one can confirm with photos or any facts so far.
